Many of my children are good readers, but that doesn’t make them all good spellers. They often face a predicament not unlike the creator of Winnie-the-Pooh, A. A. Milne’s, “My spelling is Wobbly. It’s good spelling but it Wobbles, and the letters get in the wrong places.” I have searched for and tried different ideas, games and disciplines, to teach spelling, with most ending in discouragement, until now.
